What’s making the headlines in the social media world this week?
友達 Reddit will now offer more language translations on posts - 35 additional languages are available thanks to their newest AI integration.
✂️ Pinterest has introduced collages to users, allowing individual products to be added and shared within fun and interactive collages.
⚠️ YouTube will now allow creators to edit out the parts of their videos that may have flagged rule breaks, avoiding damaging monetization issues that can often occur.
🎡 Threads joins Instagram in allowing users to add up to 20 photos or videos per post, giving the option to share more content and context on the app.
💻 Meta has finally acquired the ‘Threads dot com’ URL after it previously belonged to another social platform - this could boost the relevancy of the text app which now has an easily searchable web version.

🧟 The Pop Tarts costume everyone wants this Halloween
After making waves at last year's Pop Tarts Bowl, the frosted strawberry mascot is now a real Halloween costume for fans to wear as part of the brand collaboration with Spirit Halloween 😆
The one message Pop Tarts wants to remind people of besides wearing it and having fun? It’s NOT edible!
With virality potential, the costume is sure to appear beyond Halloween and has already sparked some conversations after the brand introduced the new mascot costume over on socials.
The brand decided to go ahead with plans to play into ‘meme culture’ which seems to have worked with stars already sporting their fit, claiming that ‘dreams do come true’...
LOVE it. THE Halloween costume of the year methinks!
dreams really DO come true

🎞️ Blockbuster lives on in Oregon
The world’s last Blockbuster in Oregon is making a comeback 😱
Agency, Atlantic New York has launched Blockbuster’s nostalgic and clever ‘Signs of the Times’ campaign.
The 30-second spot celebrates all the quirky businesses that have repurposed Blockbuster’s iconic signage, proving that the brand lives on and reignites inspiration.
With its retro VHS vibes and 80s-inspired sound, this campaign reminds us that Blockbuster's legacy is unmistakable.
Atlantic New York previously helped Blockbuster win the Super Bowl with their zero-dollar VHS ad that went viral, clearly prompting another round.
With the help of some serious nostalgia, watching this ad might have you planning a trip to Oregon to visit the ‘last Blockbuster in the world’.
The warmth and nostalgia of Blockbuster really is unmatched!
